Boot camp is an intense fun-filled group exercise class, which takes place outdoors and acts as an alternative to your usual gym workout. It aims to help you lose weight, tone muscle and increase your fitness levels but in an enjoyable group atmosphere. As a result, you benefit from improved health, increased confidence and a better outlook on life. Don’t feel intimidated by the term "Boot Camp", it’s not a military camp - I want to make fitness fun! Remember it’s about training at your own pace and giving 100% effort.
